The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA has announced the 2010 edition of its annual Total Solutions Business and Technical Conference slated for November will now be held in concurrence with the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association (CTDA) Management Conference, and will also include the membership of the Tile Council of North America (TCNA).

Total Solutions Plus 2010 will be an all-industry conference and tabletop display scheduled for November 4-6, at the Naples Grand Beach Resort in Naples, FL. Full registration information will be announced in the coming months.

The NTCA Total Solutions Plus program is an educational and technical conference for tile and stone contractors, distributors and manufacturers alike. It will offer training, networking and recognition opportunities, along with a celebration of industry leaders designed to renew the passion for the tile trade.

Anticipated to be one of the highlights will be the continuation of the original Total Solutions format featuring the popular Tabletop Networking event, which includes a sponsorship reception and prize giveaway as part of the activities. Business seminars, technical seminars, industry forums and more will be offered throughout the three-day event.

Total Solutions Plus 2010 will continue the tradition of hosting a special breakout session specially designed to help educate the architectural, design, remodeling, building, tile distribution and retail communities, relative to new products, materials, methods and the benefits associated with the specification of tile and stone hard surfaces.

The special awards banquet provides the NTCA with an opportunity to honor some of those individuals who have helped build and sustain the tile and stone industry with the presentation of its Ring of Honor, Best Practices and Tile Person of the Year Awards.

“The energy and synergy of three professional associations together at one all industry conference is something I am really excited about,” said Bart Bettiga, executive director of the NTCA. “We all share similar goals and objectives and by bringing the three meetings under one roof we’ll be able to offer an invaluable networking opportunity for our members. We are really looking forward to Total Solutions Plus this year and the value it will provide to our industry.”

“CTDA is excited to be working with NTCA and TCNA to combine our already great programs to add more value to the industry while allowing attendees of both events to save resources,” said Rick Church, executive director of the CTDA. “We are confident Total Solutions Plus 2010 will make us all wonder why we didn’t do this many years ago.”
