Dal-Tile Corp. was recently named among Dallas/Fort Worth’s “Top 100 Places to Work” by The Dallas Morning News. More than 600 companies were nominated for the newspaper’s first-ever ranking, but only 100 were chosen based on leadership, training, compensation, flexibility and diversity. Additionally, Dal-Tile Corp. ranked 20th in a subcategory that featured large companies with 500 employees or more.

“We are honored to be named among the “Top 100 Places to Work” by The Dallas Morning News,” said Paul Adams, vice president of human resources for Dal-Tile Corp. “We have always felt our greatest assets are our employees. It is through their efforts, expertise and dedication that we have grown to be the largest manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone in the United States.”

All nominated companies were subjected to an extensive background check by an independent research firm. Additionally, confidential surveys were administered to employees to determine which companies were truly perceived as the best places to work in Dallas/Fort Worth.
